Our clean and tidy Budget apartments are all located in the safest part of Budapest close to the Opera and Oktogon metro (Yellow Line M1) stations.  We are also within walking distance from several famous tourist attractions, like the Synagouge, State Opera House, The Parliament building and not far from Heroes' Square. Several shops and Restaurants can be found close by on the famous Andrassy or Vaci streets. 
All apartments are fully furnished with a Hungarian-style kitchen and a bathroom, are equipped with cozy double and single beds, cable TV with 40 channels, clean bed sheets and towels.

CLUB SUITE APARTMENT HOUSE

A beautiful suite in an old Budapest building form 1914 (with elevator), Club Apartment Suite can offer comfortable accommodation to up to 7 adults. The apartment is cosy and friendly, it has a fully equipped kitchen (with dishwasher, toaster, washing machine and drier, ironing board, cooking facilities, cutlery, plates, refrigerator, microwave oven), two bright rooms with modern furniture (TV sets with satellite channels, PC with free Internet access, air conditioning), bathroom and a large balcony.

In the 30 sqm living room there is an openable sofa which can be right for two adults and the large bright room has a double bed and a single bed as well. Extension beds are also available so the maximum occupancy the apartment is 6-7 adults in two separate rooms (bedroom and living room).

CLUB LUX APARTMENT

Club Apartments Lux provide free Internet access & PC and fully equipped kitchens and rooms in every apartment. The apartments each have a separated bedroom and a living room with kitchen; they are on the first and second floor. (There is an elevator/lift available in the house.)

In the living room in each apartment there is an openable sofa which can be comfortable for two adults, so the maximum occupancy of each apartment is four adults in separated rooms (bedroom and living room). The rooms are furnished with modern furniture; there is a TV with satellite channels in every room.
The kitchens are fully equipped including dish washer, washing machine with drier, cooking facilities, cutlery, plates, refrigerator and microwave oven.

ELITE STUDIOS, APARTMENTS

The Elite Studios are all situated in a new building, right in downtown Budapest, a few steps away from the historic building of the Synagogue, and within walking distance to other tourist attractions, such as Vaci utca, the pedestrian shopping street, as well as clubs, shops and coffee houses.

Apart from the central location, the Elite Studios offer quality accommodation with comfortable furnishing and a cozy atmosphere. The 31-36 sqm studios include a double bed and an openable sofa or a single bed, sleeping 3 altogether. The kitchen is fully equipped, with ceramic hub, electric oven, microwave oven, refrigerator, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, glassware (including wine glasses), tea bags and seasonings. The bathroom includes bath tub with hand held shower, as well as washing machine, hairdryer and towels. Room equipment: sheets, TV set with channels in 9 different languages, modern heating system, and free WiFi connection; some studios are air-conditioned.

The local manager provides 7/24 supervision and assistance. Services: laguagge room, central safe, business services, mobile phone rental, laptop rental, international phone cards, tourist information. The building has an elevator; if requested in advance, basic grocery shopping can be arranged.

Innercity Apartments, the modern and fully furnished accommodations range in size from studios to one and two-bedroom apartments, located within a few steps away from the Great Synagogue and a few minutes walk of the main pedestrian area of downtown Budapest. ISABELLA RESIDENCE

In a "chic and relaxed" atmosphere, the four star Residence Izabella houses spacious and quiet apartments, which enjoy the services and amenities of a luxury hotel. Residence Izabella is perfect for businessmen as well as travelers, staying in Budapest from a couple of days to several months.
The building itself is a luxuriously renovated nineteenth century building typical of this prestigious residential area. The apartments are tastefully appointed with a variety of different decors, colors and furniture types with plenty of small personal touches. KALVIN APARTMENT

Kalvin Apartments opened their one-room studios in February 2004. They are located in the inner city, neighbouring the National Museum, the Museum of Applied Arts, and the Capital's Szabo Ervin Library at Kalvin Square, at the beginning of Ulloi Avenue (running towards the airport).

Each studio has soundproofed windows to the street; the size of each studio is around 30 square meters (some are smoking, some are non-smoking), the equipment includes a double bed or two separate beds (a studio can host a maximum of two adults); some studios are air-conditioned (surcharged). For the guests' laptop, each room is provided with wireless and wired Internet connection. Room equipment is brand new; the studios provide bedding, linens, towels, toilet paper, an iron and ironing board and laundry-service is available upon request. Even though room arrangement might differ from one studio to another, their equipment, furniture and inner colours follow the same interior design, so they provide equivalent service.
The studios are self-serviced, hosts do not provide any meals, but thestudios have a well-equipped kitchen in each - they fall into the semi-serviced category, as there is no staff around the clock. Weekly cleaning is done on pre-arranged schedule.

The accommodation does not operate a non-stop reception service therefore the arrival time (with flight number if applicable) must be given 3-7 days prior to arrival day otherwise guests might not get the keys and occupy the apartment in a proper time.

PASSAGE APARTMENT HOTEL ****

Passage Apartmenthotel is located in downtown Budapest, on the Pest side of the capital, in Kiraly Street, right next to famous historical and cultural sites. The four-star hotel offers central location, 1-3 bedroom apartments, as well as a nice courtyard with a playground for children, conference-facilities, and a subterranean garage.

All apartments include a fully equipped kitchen with an eating-area, rooms with comfortable furniture, flat-screen TV, free wired Internet connection, a living room area, a bathroom, a toilet, and a balcony. The hotel is fully wheelchair-accessible; non-smoking and anti-allergenic apartments are available.

The Mediterranean-style interior includes indoor courtyards, as well as a resting area with a waterfall and a children's playground. The second floor offers a conference- and event centre with 11 halls of different sizes, the largest being 1200 sqm. Elevators are available all through the building.
