Why are treatments more affordable in Hungary than in the UK?
In Hungary the average expenses like energy, living cost, and wages are much lower than in Great Britain and in the other Western European countries.
That is the reason why the prices of the dental treatment costs in Hungary are 50-70% lower than in UK.
At the other hand, Hungarian doctors are renowned throughout the world for their high qualification, expertise and practical experience.

How much money can I save?
Crowns, bridges or implants can cost 3-4 times more in UK dental facilities than in Hungary's European standard dental facilities. Our services will suit you if you are in need of crown, bridgework or dental implants not available on the National Health Service in the UK. Savings of hundreds of pounds can be made even after taking into account the cost of flights and accommodation.

Do the clinics have modern technology?
Our Partner Clinic have digital x-ray systems, the latest computer controlled dental chairs, oral cameras, laser and light teeth whitening systems, computerised patient management and so on. Is it possible to meet the dentist and get a treatment plan in London?
Yes. Our partner Clinic has a dentistry close to the centrum of London.
You can book an appointment for the Riding House Street Dentistry here.
After initial consultation your dentist will prepare a detailed treatment plan. If you like the dentist and the plan, you will be treated in Budapest.
For aftercare you have a choice of London or Budapest.

How long do I need to stay in Hungary?
When you meet with our dentist for a personal consultation, you will be advised about the length of treatment and the number of visits required.
If you need a crown or bridgeworks it takes approximately a week to install or you can visit us twice for a couple of days.
Implants require an initial 5-7 day stay and a 6 day return visit after 4- 6 months.
In all cases before your treatment starts our doctors will examine your dental situation thoroughly and give you a detailed treatment plan.
Veneers usually require an approx. 7 day stay or visiting us twice for 1 or 2 days.

How can you guarantee quality treatment?
Our clinics take full responsibility for the quality of the services provided by their doctors.
Our dentists provide a fixed 3 year guarantee medical interventions performed and restoration work.
In case of a failure of the laboratory works our clinics cover all necessary dental and laboratory costs to rectify the problem. In case of small adjustments and repairs, a dentist will see you at our London practice. In the unlikely case that you require more extensive work, the Dentistry will carry out the remedial work at the clinic in Budapest.
Certain types of aftercare will be provided at our London clinic by appointment.

What are the credentials of your dentists?
Hungarian dentists are famous throughout the world for their high qualification, expertise and practical experience so their credentials are up to par with any of those in the western countries. All our dentists are registered with the Hungarian Chamber of Dentists.

Who can I contact in case of an emergency?
Upon your arrival to Budapest you will get a welcome pack from our Smart Choice Medical Travel representative, which contains all the information that you might need during your stay. In the pack there will also be included a mobile phone that you can use to contact our representative 24/7.

What will happen if something goes wrong after leaving?

In case of small adjustments and repairs, a dentist will see you at our London practice. Aftercare is provided in London at additional cost. In the unlikely case that you require more extensive work, Our partner dentistry will carry out the remedial work at the clinic in Budapest.

How do I pay?
The costs of the dental treatment you will pay directly to the clinic. Accommodation payments are made at your hotel.
Prices indicated are for cash payments only and contain a 2.5% discount. Please note that if you pay by credit card there could be additional fees due to bank fees and conversion fees. If you intend to pay by credit card, please inform your bank in advance about the amount and that the transaction will take place abroad.
